1. Introduction & Service Agreement

Welcome to Prince Interior Design ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website (princeinteriordesign.com), booking on-site consultations, purchasing custom furniture, or commissioning residential/commercial interior design projects, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Design Consultations & 3D Renders

Initial site visits, laser room measurements, and preliminary estimates are provided free of charge across Mumbai, Vasai, Virar, and Thane.
Photorealistic 3D architectural renders and detailed technical drawings will be prepared following project token confirmation.
Design revisions are accommodated in consultation with the client prior to commencing factory fabrication or civil execution.

3. Project Timelines & 45-Day Handover Policy

Standard 2BHK and 3BHK turnkey interior executions are targeted for completion within 45 working days from the date of final 3D design approval and site clearance.
Any delays arising from external building society permissions, power/water outages, or major client-requested structural changes will be communicated transparently with an adjusted schedule.

4. 10-Year Warranty Terms

Hardware Warranty: Up to 10 years manufacturer warranty on branded German hardware (Hafele, Blum, Hettich) against mechanical defects.
Plywood & Carcasses: Warranty applies to calibrated IS 710 Boiling Water Proof (BWP) Marine Grade Plywood against delamination and internal termite infestation.
Warranty excludes physical damage, chemical abrasion, misuse, fire, or external building structural seepage beyond the scope of interior waterproofing.

5. Payment Milestone Schedule

Turnkey interior projects are executed on transparent, milestone-linked payment schedules:

Booking & 3D Design: 10% advance upon project sign-off.
Factory Procurement & Civil Start: 40% upon commencement of civil/woodwork fabrication.
On-Site Assembly & Fitting: 40% upon delivery and assembly of modular units.
Final Quality Audit & Handover: 10% balance upon 148-point quality check and key handover.
